ACLS Mega Code Skills Course

PLEASE NOTE:  All RQI BLS assignments in LMS MUST BE COMPLETED prior to taking the ACLS Megacode Skills training. 

The 2-hour megacode skills portion of the ACLS certification is required after completing the online RQI ACLS training. 

Each RQI ACLS assignment contains an online cognitive training and a hands-on megacode skills training. The online training is assigned using the LMS platform.  The megacode skills assessments are held in-person in the Education Training Room.  Megacode skills are required every 2 years for ACLS.

Stephens 101

The Stephens 101 orientation is for all new Stephens Hospital care team members, both clinical and non-clinical roles. Attendance is required within the first 30 days of hire.

Stephens 101 covers introductory information for all new care team members including resources and information specific to Stephens Hospital.

8:00 am – 10:45 pm in the Education Training Room  ~  RN & CNA training continues until 2:00 pm

Safe Patient Handling & Mobility

The training will be a 5-hour class focusing verbal de-escalation and safety skills. The goal is to gain knowledge of verbal de-escalation skills and physical safety interventions to assist in managing individuals with aggressive behaviors.

Please work with your department leaders and schedulers to choose an appropriate date.  Be sure to wear comfortable, flexible clothing.
